Call postponed..
I am incredibly sorry to postpone today’s call but Mark arrived home from Gabon on July 30 to begin an 8 day Iboga retreat. He came down with maleria during the first ceremony (2 days ago) He is stable but very weak. Asking for everyone’s good thoughts and prayers to their ancestors for a swift recovery. Oh hey! I do this! Just because it feels fucking delicious. I like this guy’s advice to make it your own instead of trying to do it “right”/like someone else. Allowing freedom and flexibility and just doing what feels good has been very helpful for me. Thanks for sharing, Alaya! Good stuff :)
