have you done shadow work?
carl jung had this philosophy that every men and woman has a darkness within them that is dark and trully evil. a part of us that will kill and hurt with no emotions. have you done shadow work? ive done it myself. i remember the time when i was a kid. i used to get bullied by the other guys who are bigger than me so i develop my own defensive response which is MANIPULATION. i manipulated every 4th grader in my class because thats my means of protection and it worked. im in the shadow acting out and being nice to the point every kid thinks im a good person. few years later. i now found another way to protect my self (MARTIAL ARTS). i realised i dont really need to manipulate anymore to protect myself. i could just hurt them. its 8th grade, first day of school, random kid makes fun of me. goes up to him with no thoughts except the want to made him taste his blood with a uppercut whilst his sitting on his chair. i punched him then i see grab me, he is lost, im about to fall on ground and pound this kid but i was stopped. im still upset about that i was that close to really making him feel more pain. i did some shadow work and i made lots of progress somewhat containing the shadow. not really containing but using for actual good. i've used it alot in martial arts, sports, wanting to achieve and currently my business.

It is always deeper. You start the discovery and then there is more. I just realized now that some actions i endevoured as a mom had more to do with my 'shadow' than love. I am a life becoming, self realizing and forever changing. WHAT AN ADVENTURE!!
Fear is the Mind Killer - A Lesson from Frank Hebert's Dune
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain” - Quote From Dune by Frank Hebert Understanding that fear is an emotion—a mere projection of the mind and a primal survival mechanism—is crucial. Conquering this fear mechanism is essential as it enables the pursuit of goals without hesitation, transforming you into someone incredibly resilient. The first step in overcoming your fears is to acknowledge them. Consider the fear of embarrassment or rejection. Beyond mental discomfort, these situations pose no real harm. The aversion to these outcomes stems solely from the mind's interpretation of them as negative. Recognizing this irrationality is key. Without their emotional impact, embarrassment and rejection hold no significance. Consequently, it's important to dismiss the negative emotions tied to embarrassment and rejection. For example, if you approach someone to ask them out in a public setting and they reject you, you have the power to choose not to feel hurt. Rejection doesn't inherently cause pain; it's merely the mind suggesting that response. The core message here is to become aware of the subconscious cues your mind gives you on how to react to different scenarios, and to challenge these impulses consciously. Question yourself: Why should I feel embarrassed about falling in public? Why should rejection from a stranger affect my happiness? Why should someone else's anger induce fear in me? How does fear serve me in any confrontation? By recognizing the baselessness of these fears and negative emotions, you gain the ability to reject them. Think about what you could of achieved in your life if fear did not exist. You could become someone greater and happier if you let go of unnecessary fear. Fear is the mind-killer and the slaughter of your dreams.

The only action i know against fear is action. Feel the FEAR and do it, anyway. It never stops but we can get excited to venture. Experience, try and find out.
Floki Feeling Unappreciated Strikes A Chord Within Us All
I was feeling unappreciated by someone in my life and that led me down the rabbit hole of exploring what that was and what I think about it. This is the result. For this video I busted out the teleprompter and put in a lot of work on it. Let me know how you like it.

Many parents/ friends do that. Toxicity is to want others to be how we want. I think Loki would benefit from Family Constellations 🤣

XXXTENTACION. X was a rapper who was murdered in 2018, and I found it interesting as I know his father and could potentially introduce this boy to the family. I was also just discussing the idea of past lives with a friend this weekend and although she's atheist, she even believes in this idea of past lives, and was explaining some thoughts about it. What do you think though? X got killed 6 years ago now, and she has a 7 year old kid. Can a soul enter into an already alive child? Should I speak to the kid and see if it's our boy X? Should I send her info to Cleopatra (X's mom) or his dad? Should I just ignore her? UPDATE: I just got off the phone with the kid and he has black and blonde dreads like X did in 2016 , and everything else was entirely made up lmao

@Jeff Marr How Did it go??
What’s Your favorite Stoic quote? And why
For me it’s this quote from Seneca: “I judge you unfortunate because you have never lived through misfortune. You have passed through life without an opponent – no one can ever know what you are capable of, not even you.” – Seneca. A lot of the hardships in life shape you to be the person you are, and what seems like a bad thing often turns out to have been a blessing.
