Watch My Full Gamma API Workflow Automation Walkthrough Check Out The End Gamma Presentation Result: https://gamma.app/docs/Decision-Intelligence-Layer-Roadmap-for-Darby-Rollins-and-SideHus-rhdjgoosq0kbsb3 I made 0 edits on the presentation you see above. In this video, I shared my experience taking on the Gamma Challenge, focusing on creative ways to utilize the Gamma API for automating presentations that provide clarity for executives. I demonstrated an automated workflow that generates decision intelligence reports in about three minutes from an intake form submission, using a real example from SideHustle Games. I encourage you to register for our upcoming Gamma API workshop series, where I'll dive deeper into this process. If you're interested in creating a customized presentation for your business, please reach out for more details. Thanks for watching! If you have any questions or comments from this or anything that needs clarification, please let me know in the comments below. I have not submitted yet to Gamma officially since they extended their contest to Tuesday, so I will probably make another shorter video walking through this again prior to submission. Also - would you be interested in getting one of these custom reports generated for you? Please let me know if you think this is something that would ACTUALLY be useful to have personalized for you based on your inputs. I am considering how I can offer this with the coming up Black Friday stuff I have in mind. But only if it's of interest to enough folks here. Also... I will be covering this again in detail on the upcoming Gamma Mastery Workshop PART III happening this Tuesday 11/25. Register here.

If you haven't used Google's NotebookLM... check this out. Example being the latest AI Implementation Power Hour, which I show you how when you in your own account, how you can upload the information and go deeper into it from quizzes, to chats, to podcasts that you can join in on with AI hosts.... Wild time to be building! NotebookLM: https://notebooklm.google.com/ Do you use NotebookLM? What are some ways you use it youself? I haven't explored all the features of it yet but man... crazy you can just use this for free with a Google account.

I've been using NotebookLM for a while now, initially even via a VPN. An example is: In the meantime, I've really implemented quite a few things with it. After the result with ChatGPT to create a dashboard for my credit card was totally frustrating, I did it this way: I uploaded the PDFs to Notebook, which even worked without having to convert them to OCR beforehand. Then I had a report generated. After that, I made some corrections because some information landed in the wrong category. Subsequently, I split the data into sub-areas and had a new report generated. The report was then used in Gemini to build an interactive dashboard. The categories could be corrected, and filtering was possible. Print and download functions were also included.

@Darby Rollins Thank you Darby.
Quick Question re: Gamma API Contest
Hey everybody, quick question. Gamma just dropped a new contest inside their Gambassador community (which I’m part of - maybe a few of you here are too?), and the grand prize is a full year of Gamma Ultra. Needless to say… I want that. The challenge is to build something creative using their API. They’ve got three categories: - Best Overall - Most Creative - Most Impactful So here’s my ask:What do YOU think would be a super kick-ass way to use Gamma’s API? I’m going to spend a day or so brainstorming and prototyping, but I want to pull in some inspiration from the hive mind before I dive in. The contest ends Friday 11/21 so let me know what ideas you've got. If we don't do them now, maybe for a future Gamma training in the Gamma Mastery Workshop. Once I build the thing, I’ll break it all down and share exactly how I made it. Hit me with your best ideas.

@Darby Rollins Great question, Darby. From an advisor’s perspective, the split into three decks isn’t about adding complexity, it reflects how decision-making actually works. Executives don’t think in one long linear narrative; they move between distinct levels: first the strategic overview, then “Where are the risks?”, and only then “What are the concrete next steps?”. If all three layers live in a single deck, the mental modes blur and the signal gets muddy. Separate decks create clean boundaries, reduce cognitive load, and make it easy to share the right part with the right audience: strategy for alignment, risks for governance and operations, and actions for execution. The same applies to LLMs. They are excellent at pattern recognition, but only when the patterns are clearly framed. If strategy, risks, and actions are mixed together, the model picks up overlapping signals. By defining three distinct domains from the start, you give the model a sharper structure: high-level patterns for the Strategic Snapshot, weak signals and blind spots for the Risks deck, and concrete steps for the Actions deck. This leads to clearer analysis, more consistent outputs, and ultimately faster, better decisions.
