shots
I've been seeing people posting about making multiple hundreds of shots each day but for me that would take hours. for you personally how long does it take you to make how many shots? do you have any tips on shooting alone or do you always have rebounders or a shooting machine?

If you don’t have a rebounder I always aimed for 100 makes with a ton of variation. Like shoot it to get the rebound then do a diffrent move then shoot it and do that for about 30-45 min should be able to make 100 If you have a rebounder or a rebounding machine aim for 200 or 250
Winning mentality
This was on my mind so I wanted to get on here and talk to yall about how to build a winning mentality and championship attitude When I was playing in high school I was always pretty good so didn’t always have to have that championship mindset or that massive competitiveness because I would just let my talent take over. When I got to college that didn’t work at all and I was on the bench so fast. That’s just me though. If you are in high school or younger and you aren’t the best or you don’t perform like you want you HAVE to have a winning mentality. What is a winning mentality? It’s focusing on the details!! Winning is in the details and if you can wrap your head around that you will win BIG. When I say the details I mean getting to be on time the night before the game, being hydrated well before you play, watching that extra 5 minutes of film, going to the gym and making those 200 shots, giving that one little extra effort in the game to dive for the lose ball or set the hard screen, details details details.. focus on that the next time you are looking to get better results. Trust me on this. I will not tell you guys ANYTHING that I didnt do myself or see work at the HIGHEST level of college basketball so listen to me on this. I promise it will help you! Let’s go!
learnings
played a really tough game today. we only had 5 normal players and 4 fill ins in the morning 2 hrs away from home. the situation itself was tough but then the game and the people we were playing was even harder. I ended up dropping 31 and my efficiency was crazy. I started getting super gassed in the 4th. we had been up by about 8 but then they came back and my heart probably wasn't conditioned enough. it was a huge win for me because in the first we were down by more than ten and I got us up but in the end we lost. The mental side was huge. we got 5 tech warnings and more and I actually had to tell my coaches to stop arguing. while I agree the reffing wasn't the best, they're part of the game and we can't control it. my takeaways from today was that I needed more conditioning and skill work while tired. I'll take the win and the fact that we were always the underdogs and almost won anyway but I now know the things I need to work on just also as a team out communication and rotation needs to be up.

You are in the right place and you will learn a lot here so keep being active What i would tell you is physically.. find a workout plan and stick to it focusing on a few core skills.. do that for a month straight and watch the progress. Play a lot of live basketball to. 5 on 5, 3 on 3 etc Mentally you have to live in the film room.. no one watches film. This can be your competitive edge. And then lastly you have to train your mind to not be afraid of failure. Who cares if you miss 50 shots in a row. You have to keep confidence that the next one is going in.. that will separate you! Mentally
