A Small Help Can Make a Big Difference
A Small Help Can Make a Big Difference Sometimes, a small act of guidance can become part of someone else's success story. In today's LinkedIn post, I have shared how guiding @Manjunath K to join our Skool community led to a happy moment when he won the Idea Bank Challenge in LinkedIn Tribe. My biggest learning is that helping someone grow brings a different kind of happiness. Sometimes, self satisfaction is worth more than money. Read my post and share your thoughts! https://lnkd.in/p/deFkVF_A

@Harsh Shah Sir, sometimes one small push from the right person helps us discover opportunities we might have missed on our own. Happy that your guidance helped me become part of this community and experience this myself.
Content Idea Tip: stop searching for ideas. Start observing.
Struggling to find what to post on LinkedIn? Try these 5 simple tricks 👇 1. The Question Method What questions do your colleagues, clients, or juniors repeatedly ask you? Each question can become a post. 2. The Mistake Method What mistake did you make 2 years ago that you wouldn't make today? Share the lesson. 3. The Opinion Method What is one thing people in your industry commonly believe, but you disagree with? Explain why. 4. The Observation Method What did you notice in a meeting, project, interview, or everyday work that others might overlook? 5. The Explanation Method What is something you know well but find difficult to explain to a beginner? Break it down into simple language. Today's challenge: Pick any ONE method and write down 1 post idea. Don't worry about writing the post yet. Just collect the ideas. --------------------------------- Remember: Your everyday experience is a content goldmine. You just need to start noticing it.

Yess @Mohamed Basharul Khan We learn from these mistakes. Now the important thing is knowing our priorities and focusing on what actually helps us move forward.

Well said @Bhavin Patel sir. We sometimes spend so much time comparing different options that we miss the opportunity to learn from the one we've already chosen.
Power of right commenting
Lucy is one of the well-known LinkedIn content creators. I sent her connection request, but she did not accept it as I assume she may get 100s of such requests. I engaged with one of her posts meaningfully and openly asked her to accept my request. She accepted in next 3 mins. This is power commenting meaningfully.. I have attached a swipe file for better commenting.

@Bhavin Patel sir, when I started my DA journey I thought LinkedIn networking was all about reaching 500+ connections. I used to send requests randomly but very few people accepted. Later I started observing posts, learning from them and sharing my own thoughts even when my posts got no engagement. I did the same with Pradeep's posts. I kept learning from him and sharing my thoughts in his comments. After a month, he noticed me and accepted my request. That experience changed how I look at networking. It's not just about sending requests but giving people a chance to know you through your thoughts. Now sometimes my comments even get more impressions than my own posts. 😂

True @Mohamed Basharul Khan, The quality of connections matters more than the number.
