The biggest fear most women have is engaging deeply and personally with their own story... When I first started engaging with my story, I was looking for a "quick fix"! Would someone please tell me what's wrong with me so I can "fix" it and be a better mom? What I quickly discovered was there were patterns deeply ingrained that kept me cycling around the same thought loops, trying to earn love and approval, and always feeling like too much or not enough. Stepping into your story is an act of rebellion and courage. Rebellion - in that you're sick and tired of the same exhausting loops - hating your results or experiences and trying to change the behaviours of yourself or anyone else, and choosing instead to take full responsibility for your own life and addressing the roots that cause the behaviour. Courage - in stepping into the unknown and sticking with the process - the good, the bad, the ugly - and believing you can choose a better outcome and result by choosing to take full responsibility for yourself, your actions and reactions, your thoughts, getting curious and asking the hard questions. Change is possible when you decide you are the only person who can take responsibility for YOU - ALL OF YOU! As a mentor and coach it is my joy to walk alongside you as you engage your story and BECOME the woman you really want to be!
