I've got some major issues in a couple of campaigns where ROAS has just tanked (these are long running campaigns that have historically been doing well). I was trying to evaluate the products in the campaign (we have a large catalog of about 10K products so have products broken up into campaigns by product type). I looked at results from Sept 1 - today and it shows our cost is around $4K. I went to the products tab and selected the same date range to evaluate if I had items that were getting a lot of clicks and no revenue. When I exported that report it showed my total cost at like $500. How is this so far off? Am I not looking at something correctly?
@Amanda Coleman It's a PMAX campaign. I was wondering if it had something to do with customers clicking links that weren't related to products like sitelinks and such?
PPC Gang, Send me your Google Ads questions in this thread and next week I will do a Loom video answering them and give my advice and will post in the group for everyone to watch and review. To Growing Your Google Ads!
We need to add videos to all of our campaigns but this isn't an area we have a lot of strength in. We also sell 15K products to a wide group (livestock and horse and pet owners - but primary buyers are livestock). Tips for best practices for the videos especially for products that can be used on multiple types of animals (so makes segmenting a little trickier).
