When do I start seeing results of NAD+? I'm still on my first week but I feel it's probably making me more fatigue? I didn't feel the flushing that people describe or any sort of energy boost

New here! Hello everyone!
Hi! I'm new here! I have been on trizepatide since July 2025 due to diabetes diagnosis! Now sugar is controlled and I am down 50 pounds but still need to lose another 80ish! Not working out yet. but wanting to start! Also want to try peptides! I have been on a couple that my doctor recommended but don't really understand the "why" behind them' Need help learning and ordering! What do I do now? I'm kinda lost on the app! Any help appreciated :)
