Peace Family. Just wanted to share some thoughts I've had this last month and reflecting on last year. I've come to a realization that productivity and focus go hand in hand. However, this can also mean that many of us distribute our focus to many things at once and feel like we are all over the place (ADHD moment for me some days). Sometimes its best to choose one thing we want to prioritize and pour our all into it until its done. This means you can target your energy and brain power in one area to the best of your ability instead of giving it pieces of your attention. Sometimes its ok to focus on one thing at a time because who wants to feel overwhelmed all the time anyhow? We live in a world where doing multiple things at once is seen as "successful" but I just see it as "stressful" nothing more. So remember to choose your one thing for today and focus on that wholeheartedly until you reach completion. Have a righteous Thursday. 🥰
