🌿Check-in🌿
🌿 Plant Parents Check-In! 🌿 Real talk—plants don’t come with instruction manuals, and neither do we. So let’s do a quick pulse check 👇 What season are you in right now? 🌱 Thriving – everything’s growing and you’re feeling confident 🍃 Learning – some wins, some “why are you drooping??” moments 🥀 Struggling – plants AND motivation are a bit meh 🪴 Restarting – took a break and easing back in Drop the emoji that fits you best and, if you want, tell us one plant you’re proud of OR one that’s currently testing your patience 😅 No judgment here—this is a learning + growing space (for humans too).

🌿Neat Plant Propagation Techniques🌿
🌿 Neat Plant Propagation Techniques! 🌿 Hey Plant Lovers! 🌱 Did you know there are so many fun and easy ways to propagate your favorite plants? Here are a few cool techniques to try! And also an article I found that goes a little more in depth! Are you good at propagation? Are you currently doing any props? Share in the comments! We'd love to see them! 🪴Water Propagation: Take cuttings of your plant and place them in a clear jar of water. Watch as roots begin to develop, and once they're established, you can transfer them to soil. 🌿Leaf Propagation: For plants like succulents, you can use individual leaves and let them root in soil or water. It's amazing how new plants grow from a single leaf! 🪴Division: For larger plants like ferns or spider plants, you can separate the root ball into smaller sections and replant them. It’s a great way to multiply your green family! 🌳Air Layering: This method is perfect for larger plants and trees. You create a small wound on the stem, wrap it with moist sphagnum moss, and once roots form, you can cut it and plant it. Give these techniques a try and watch your plant collection grow! 🌿✨ https://www.lovethatleaf.co.nz/blogs/plant-care-guides/how-to-water-propagate-indoor-plants?srsltid=AfmBOoqOqtjj_pPakpdEnzeLKvCg2w4qO-ahGH3_wzBX6DHTkzJ5ZKiQ

I'm new at all this but my wife is always putting cuttings in water and making new plants. I have used rooting hormone with water and soil. Successful with 2 prayer plants and 2 angel wing begonias. 🙏🏼

@Amy Locks Thank you 🥰 It dropped all its leaves right after but google helped me rescue. I had to let it dry out and remove the plabt light because it was too much. Now it has 6 new branches and 5 leaves with more unfolding 💙💙
