Mama Zee needed a break. Working too much! So here's this Monday's guidance. Whenever you find it, it is for you. Transcript: Connecting to my team... And the question is, what do we need to know today. The card that has come up is "get more information". A world of data and insights and knowing is available to you. It comes from the inside. You're like a receiver so it is both inside and from beyond, but you know the answers. You know the questions to ask. And when you do this kind of certainty, it will give you peace and help expand not just your knowledge, but with your abilities and your experiences and the security you feel and certainty you feel. If you have a certain question in mind, ask for more information, it will come to you.. The right person who has the knowledge the right place to look all the things are available. It could be friends or family asking their advice observations, but simply asking the universe source your angels, your guides. The answer will come. You can practice listening if you need and sometimes it's practical, tangible research. Thank goodness we have such amazing resources at our fingertips now, how this changes things, as we learn to discern real from not real and truth and fact, from the opposite. Very strong feeling of seek more information before moving forward with too much seriousness. Trust your gut, though, for that is also information. Trust your impulses and take action along with wisdom You should feel in flow, it should feel joyful. I should feel like building something, a foundation, solid, a certitude inside. And this will help you be aligned with your true self and the love that is all around you. And so it is.

I use a Joe Dispenza meditation every morning, and at the end he invites me/us to ask Source for a sign of our connection. I don't get them every day, but that's ok. When I do, they are definitely unmistakeable. Today I was doing my usual end of morning routine and writing in my gratitude journal. I was going to go inside a titch earlier because the neighbouring balcony has a smoker who came out but I decided to stay until it really (really) bothered me. As I sat down to stay and finish my page, a very VERY specific song came on his phone. It was perfectly aligned with my visualization and the sign I needed. Then there were two more, later in the day while I was on the phone mentoring a friend. It's always a heartwarming thing to feel these things so strongly. I admit they used to make me feel a little uncomfortable. Am I crazy? Do I deserve it? It would trigger my shame. But with the work I've been doing it just feels like a wonderful hug from beyond. In fact writing this, I take a lot of them for granted in a way, they happen so often! There were also number sequences, including 1:11 and more. Lean in! Enjoy.
