Chakras are like roundabout of energy in our body. Chakra actually means “wheel” in Sanskrit. When all those centers of energies are aligned, the energy flows, you feel grounded, inspired, confident and at peace. In this meditation, you’ll be gently guided to visualize and realign each chakra — from the root at the base of your spine to the crown above your head. Through breath, color, and intention, you’ll : 🌿 Restore harmony to your energy field 🌿 Release stagnation 🌿 Awaken your inner vitality Allow this practice to bring you back to your center — grounded in the body, open in the heart, and connected to the divine flow of life. 🦋

Whatever happens. I have faith in the unknown. I have faith in life. Life is the unknown. We never know what will happen next. In the next minute. In the next second. Our entire life can go upside down from one second to another. That’s why, whatever happen, I do have faith in the unknown. That everything happens for a reason.
