Bio: A mother of four young adult sons with a loving life partner. My focus now is to reduce pain as I age gracefully. Focus on doing on what I love more.

Bio: Married mother of 2. (Age 3 & 1) Former teacher and competitive swimmer. Goal: Fit and healthy to play with my girls. I’m 45 in pain and tired!

Bio: My name is Roy but I go by teddy. I am 57 years old and I look forward to getting rid of my chronic back pain. 1st thing, to be able to touch my toes.
