Bio: I’m 61 years old and live in Somerset. I was diagnosed with MS in 1987 so have lived with it for a while. My fitness needs addressing, so here I am!

Bio: RRMS since 2000. Married with two teenagers & two cats! I volunteer with my local MS group & I love being in DOMS Club! 😃💪✈️
