Taking a risk without knowing the outcome-I knew I wanted kids but I didn't know what my life was going to look like with a baby. I was always doing my own thing on my own time. Then I had a baby and had to make adjustments in my life and be ok that everything wasn't always going to get done when I wanted it to. It's forced me to slow down and appreciate the little things, which is great.
