Let’s talk about confidence…
If you’re struggling with feeling confident in your business right now — I promise you’re not behind. And I say that as someone who has been there. Multiple times. Not just at the start — but at every new stage of building our business. Because here’s the thing nobody tells you: confidence doesn’t just show up once and stay. It comes in waves. And every time you level up — new offer, new client, new process — that “am I actually ready for this” feeling comes right back. It's not like you figure it out once and you're done. It comes in waves. And honestly? Every time we've taken a new step in this business — a new offer, a new process, a new stage of growth — that feeling of "am I actually ready for this" comes right back. In the beginning it was discovery calls that got me. Getting on the phone with a potential client and trying to sound like I knew exactly what I was doing when half the time I was terrified they were going to ask me something I didn't have an answer to yet. But here's what I learned — and what I want you to really hear: Confidence doesn't come from having the idea. It comes from doing the thing even when you're scared. You are not going to wake up one day and suddenly feel ready. That feeling is not coming before you start. It only comes after — after the first discovery call, after the first client, after the first time you figure something out you didn't think you could. You build confidence the same way you build anything else. By showing up before you feel ready and letting the experience teach you what no amount of preparation ever could. So if you're sitting on the sidelines right now waiting to feel confident enough — that's your sign. You're already waiting too long. --- Tell me where you're at 👇 Is confidence something you're currently struggling with? What's the thing you keep waiting to feel ready for?

Confidence comes in waves! The most important thing is to show up even when you're not feeling it! Happy this helped!

LIVE Postponed! Now Monday, June 29th
I came down with the flu over the weekend and I am not in any shape to show up and give you the quality LIVE you deserve today. I'm so sorry for the last minute notice — I know a lot of you were looking forward to this one and so was I. We're rescheduling to Monday, June 29th at 10AM CST and I promise it will be worth the wait. We're going deep on the full client workflow and I want to be at 100% when we do it. In the meantime — let's get the conversation started early. Drop your answers below 👇 🔄 Do you currently have a client workflow or are you figuring it out as you go? ❓ What's the part of your workflow that feels the most chaotic or unclear right now? 💭 What's one question you want me to answer on the LIVE? I'll be reading every single comment from my couch 🛋️ and it'll help me make sure next Monday's LIVE is exactly what you need. See you on the 29th. 💙

🚨 CLIENT ATTRACTION CHALLENGE — DAY 3 IS LIVE 🚨
Today is where things start getting REAL 👀 We’re officially building the content that potential clients will see when they land on your page. Because here’s the truth: Most people try to pitch clients before they have anything to show. And when someone checks their profile… - there’s no direction - no authority - no proof - no clear messaging …they lose trust immediately. That’s why we’re focusing on this BEFORE outreach. Inside today’s lesson, we’re breaking down the: 👉 3 pinned post framework These are the 3 posts every social media manager should have on their page: 1️⃣ Intro / Authority 2️⃣ Value / Education 3️⃣ Proof / Conversion These posts work together to: - build trust - communicate your value - and help potential clients understand how you can help them Reminder: Your profile should support your outreach. When someone lands on your page, they should quickly understand: - who you are - what you do - and why they should trust you 📝 TODAY’S HOMEWORK: Create + post your FIRST pinned post today 👇 Start with: - Intro / Authority OR - Value / Education Then: ✅ post it ✅ pin it to your profile ✅ drop a screenshot in the community And pleaseeee don’t overthink this. You do NOT need: - perfect branding - a perfect feed - a viral post You need: - clarity - proof - momentum This is the beginning of building real authority online 🚀

Take a peek at one of our pinned post on Hollis Creative Academy!! I went with an authority post but I have some intro posts in my back pocket (once I can get a handle on being more consistent). P.S. if you're not the best with graphic design - consider investing in some templates from Etsy!
