Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is to not think of it as sales think of it as results. Do not get caught up in selling my educational background really give the patient a clear picture of what it is that they can achieve in sessions with me. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is making sure I have all of these scripts in place so that when the questions do arise, I don’t stumble. I have the confident and calm answer that that’s needed.
