Hey OG Beer Skoolers! Okay- I am about to start trying to recruit members (nervous!) by maybe putting qr codes on can labels, links in our newsletters, etc. My hope with this group is to have a place to add value for, give ideas to, and share resources with other brewery owners... BUT I also want this space to morph into a special place for beer enthusiasts. That being said... any ideas on how to make this a valuable place for the drinkers? I want it to be a space where you all can "hang out", get special insights, and give feedback to brewers... BUT I am also thinking of requiring that any other brewery owners that join offer discounts to any Beer is Not Dead Members? To make it like a secret community. Maybe keep a live list of all the breweries involved so that you'll be able to use the code word at any of the breweries involved? Encourage in person meet-ups? Any out of the box ideas?
