Okay, pumpkin is traditionally eaten in fall because that is when it’s in season, but I think late summer can count too 🙈 Why I think you’ll love this recipe? Pumpkin is nutritious and rich in vitamins and minerals, such as fiber which helps curb those terrible hunger pangs! Pumpkin purĂ©e is also hydrating which is so important for postpartum recovery and making that mighty milk đŸ’Ș Did I mention they’re delicious? đŸ€€
