Introduction 🤗
Hey y’all my name is Macy! I am a current SAHM looking to get back into the workforce. I came across @Gurpreet Gill on YouTube and I’m very hopeful about joining this community and gaining the knowledge to start a successful business. I live in South Carolina and I plan on making $5,000-$10,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. Learn effective marketing strategies to attract and retain carriers. 2. Learn how to use load boards effectively and secure profitable loads. 3. Gain knowledge and confidence to network, negotiate rates, and grow my business. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. Spend time with my family 2. Travel and explore new places 3. Shopping/self-care days

@Caroline Reaves-Jackson I am in the Rock Hill area of SC. My mother in law lived in Beaufort for a few years and we loved visiting there, it is beautiful! How long have you been a part of the dispatch community?

@Carla Mitchell I’m very excited to be here and I’m very impressed with the information I’ve learned so far. How far have you made it within the 6 months you’ve been here? Have you invested in the paid course or considered going that route? I do love a good spa day but sometimes just a good reset day at home is just as good!

Time off question if you’re solo dispatcher
Advice on once getting started dispatching what do you do for vacation time or taking time off? How do you set that up with carriers who are on the road or needing to be?
