Amazon Ads Results DEC-25
Hey guys, I wanted to start off the year sharing a win! Here are the Amazon Ads results I achieved for December 2025 for one of my clients. There are a few important lessons here... 1) As you can see from the image, we invested $3.1k in Amazon Ads and generated roughly $59k in attributed sales, which puts ROAS close to 19x. The account reached over 11.8 million impressions, drove close to 55k clicks, and converted into consistent daily sales throughout the month, with clear spikes during peak buying days. This is a strong example of what well-structured and well-managed ads can do when they’re aligned with the listing, pricing, and consumer demand. 2) This is exactly why ads are an essential tool to support your business on Amazon . It helps you increase visibility, momentum, and generates valuable data to make business decisions. Organic alone is not enough! That said, ads are a double-edged sword. If you don’t understand how campaigns, match types, bids, budgets, and search intent actually works, ads will happily eat up your profit while giving you very little in return. Amazon Ads reward education, structure, and discipline. Guessing or “boosting everything” usually leads to frustration. Important reality check: These results are not typical, and they’re not guaranteed. Performance depends heavily on your market, your price point, your margins, your competition, seasonality, and how strong your product and listing are to begin with. What works for one product or niche won’t automatically work for another. If there’s one takeaway here, it’s this: Amazon Ads can be incredibly powerful, but only when you treat them as a skill to learn, not a button to press. I learn something new every day!
