After fracturing my femur in December, I elected to step back and focus on my own healing—especially around bone strength and regeneration,… incorporating supplements and nutritional support. And still, I felt like something was missing. Because as much as I was paying attention to my physical wellbeing, I realized that 👉 If your body doesn’t feel safe, it won’t fully heal—no matter what you take. That realization changed everything for me.
