Hello Lester! I completed the modules. Trying to compare the software packages. I put a link in the comments sectio I was wondering if there was one that was compatible or the best competitor of analytics/demographic software? I think the only thing is identifying what’s zoned for laundromat in order to identify a spot/space. I am going to do funding & Bplan next week.

I put the comparison Analytics details url above. I believe I now need to locate zoning information to have sites located and do funding. I located 2 sites that were previous locations: 1 out of town and is no longer zoned. 2. I need to go by as it is an old location unused about 15 min away. Not sure if there is a specific site or companies focused on Laundromats researchers....but I will be pulling the business plan together. How far is too far in your experience. I can do out of town as well, but preferably in areas where I have boots on the
