Anyone elses shop gone down? I was editing and kept trying to add product link to video and it came up with something went wrong try again later, refreshed app and cannot even get on to my Shop centre now…

I got a new duvet from a company and they are demanding an unboxing video. My mentor and agency say not to do unboxing so I tend not to them now. I have done 3 quality videos, so I don’t get their beef with what they want. And constantly messaging me. The more admin the less videos. Leave me alone!!!!

Can anyone help please? I keep getting msge to say I can now join shop, but everything I apply, it comes up with account banned. I can use this account, so don't understand x
