My issue is that clearly Bob's tool can work based on all the lives it's changed, but the process also sounds like you get so involved with the emotions of your goal, you'll do anything for it to succeed. I'm struggling to find a goal where I'm willing to do "anything" for it to succeed. I worry how "willing to do anything" would affect my family, or certain lines I'm not sure I actually want to cross. Am I just overthinking it?
