Checking In//Goals
Hey yall go checkout the new course building your foundation - mental health. This is extremely important for your growth, it all starts with your mind. Positive thinking is the only way to growth, actively altering my thinking patterns is the reason I am who I am today. We got a new podcast we are about to drop from vegas also. All three of yall have already made so much progress in the time i’ve known you and you have all gone through a lot of hard shit and still are. This is a brotherhood, a community. Thank you for being a part of this, I am here for all of you and I genuinely mean that, lets get some more communication going on in here and I am going to start bringing in some new content. Also be looking for potential prospects who would be a good fit for the brotherhood. We need to lift each other up and learn together. I want to help with your personal mastery. If you have any questions, challenges or updates please feel free to post in here. We are going to start doing conference calls and the goal is to be able to do some badass events, seminars/workshops and retreats as a team. I will be offering consultations and personal training along with some other things down the road but that is free to yall so lets get your body and mind right!

From my personal experience, I met Sam during a difficult time in my life. I was struggling with my identity, contemplating living a life with someone while hiding the truth about my situation. I lacked confidence and the courage to step out of my comfort zone, becoming a person who sought contentment through people-pleasing rather than personal growth. My only proactive effort to improve myself was going to the gym to stay active. When I first met Sam, his unique personality piqued my interest. His ability to be firm when necessary (in alignment with his goals and best interests) and his refusal to succumb to people-pleasing sparked my curiosity. After working on several projects together and getting to know him better, I realized that Sam was not self-centered. Observing him daily, I came to understand that he maintains a balance and upholds a set of morals and loyalty with those around him. Since then, Sam has helped me establish my own standard of living and self-respect, which I strive to uphold every day. This journey is summarized and shared with you in the articles, marking the beginning of many collaborative efforts we aim to publish to help others achieve the same growth and self-improvement. Always reach out if you need anything!

To prove to your enemies what you are capable of, determination and being a bad motherfucker.

Introduction
My name is Luke Ralston, and I'm currently a junior at the University of Arkansas, studying accounting with plans to attend law school. I have a strong passion for self-growth, team-testosterone, manhood, lifting weights, and understanding the psychology and energy dynamics behind manifesting positive changes in my life. I come from a family affected by mental health issues and alcohol addiction, which has fueled my determination to break the cycle and inspire others. I love working out, going to school, reading about self-improvement, and learning more about people and the world. My mission is to help young men regain their confidence and masculinity, striving to become the best versions of themselves while chasing their dreams and achieving their goals.
