Sorry I’ve been quiet this last week It’s been a combination of plans with my girlfriend, travelling (yay) And some shit family news (funerals, illensses) Such is that balance of life I suppose I’d just like to say a big thanks to everyone who joined the app for me. I’ll be offering the spaces to the 1-1s in the next week or so :) I’d love to get a handful more people to try out the app too. I have completed the first 9 days of flexibility training, today I tried out the functional kicking strengh training and wow that was intense! I work my legs pretty good in the gym, but this was definitely different and activated some stuff in my legs that haven't been worked.
