I’d been running for 5 months when I first engaged Lewis as my coach in August 2025. My 10k PR was 49:06 (4.55 / km). My goal was to run marathon but I knew I needed help because I kept on getting injured when I'd try to run further or faster.

With Lewis' guidance I completed my first marathon in July 2026 (at 42 years old) in a time of 3hr 23min (4.48 / km). I chose Lewis as a coach because of his obvious passion for running and his authentic, personal approach.
