Reach, Reputation, Revenue. The Order Matters.
Here is the part nobody tells you. You can take every bump in the locker room. You can post every day. You can drive to every show. And still not make a dollar from this business. The problem is almost never the work. The problem is the order. Reach. Reputation. Revenue. That is the 3R cycle. The engine that turns wrestling into income. Run it in order or the engine stalls. Reach gets you seen. Followers. Dream 100. Social posts that hit. The promoter finds your name on the list. Reputation gets you trusted. The locker room knows you. Promoters book you without a second thought. Fans buy the shirt. Revenue gets you paid. Bookings at real money. Merch that moves. Coaching. Online income. The thing that lets you keep doing this. Here is what I know. Skip Reach and Revenue has no audience. Skip Reputation and Revenue has no trust. Skip Revenue and it is a hobby that costs you money. The cycle compounds. Reach feeds Reputation. Reputation feeds Revenue. Revenue funds more Reach. Most guys try to start at Revenue. They want the payday before the brand. They want the booking before the proof. You cannot skip the line. You can only build it. Here is the test. Pick the R you are weakest in right now. That is where your next 90 days go. Which R are you grinding on right now? Tell me in the comments. I will tell you what to do next.

I wonder about a 4th R - Reps To build reputation (as a worker, not as a person), you have to put on good matches. Your reach is going to be more effective if you have quality highlights to pull from. Same with revenue. Nobody can or should be paying you for coaching if you don’t have skills to back it up. It’s not always true that good workers get booked more, but it sure helps. Practice, polish, and innovation drive the Reps, and I think that affects the way the whole cycle works.
