I wonder about a 4th R - Reps To build reputation (as a worker, not as a person), you have to put on good matches. Your reach is going to be more effective if you have quality highlights to pull from. Same with revenue. Nobody can or should be paying you for coaching if you don’t have skills to back it up. It’s not always true that good workers get booked more, but it sure helps. Practice, polish, and innovation drive the Reps, and I think that affects the way the whole cycle works.
