Sometimes the simplest path to revenue beats the fancy one
Just renewed my first lead gen client using the most basic setup imaginable and he's referring me to others. Been reading Alex Hormozi's "The Money Models" and realized I was overcomplicating everything. Instead of building complex automation funnels and fancy tech stacks, I just focused on one thing: crystal clear outcomes. My entire "system"? ChatGPT and manual execution. No expensive automation platforms. No complicated workflows. Just hyper-focused lead generation that delivers results he can actually see and measure. Here's what I learned: Clear outcomes > Cool technology Clients don't care about your tech stack. They care about their phone ringing with qualified prospects. Simple systems scale easier When everything runs through ChatGPT and Scrapers, I can pivot fast and customize for each client without rebuilding entire automations. Upsells become obvious Now that he's seen the results from basic execution, the automation upsell isn't a hard sell - it's a natural next step to handle more volume. The Money Models taught me that sometimes the best business model isn't the most sophisticated one. It's the one that creates undeniable value first. Build the foundation with clear outcomes. Add the fancy stuff later. Revenue comes from results, not from having the shiniest tools.

Have you created a Free course for upsells?
Had a realization about why most automation deals fall through. It's not the price. It's not the features. It's that clients have no clue what they're actually buying. Think about it - when someone hires a personal trainer, they see the weights, feel the burn, watch the scale drop. The value is obvious. But AI automation? It's invisible work solving invisible problems. So instead of pitching my automation services, I'm creating a free course that teaches my lead gen clients exactly what goes into their campaigns: - The manual research that finds their ideal prospects - The time-consuming list building and verification - The A/B testing and optimization cycles - The follow-up sequences that actually convert - Here's what happens: They learn the process → realize how much manual work is involved → suddenly my automation isn't just a monthly expense, it's a massive time-saver they can't live without. The course isn't making me money. The course is making my automation irresistible. Most people try to sell the solution before the client understands the problem. But when you educate first, the upsell becomes a no-brainer. Sometimes the best way to sell something complex is to teach people why it's complex in the first place.

Question for anyone working in healthcare
We’re starting to explore some deeper builds for the healthcare space (AI-powered front office, patient communication, scheduling, intake, compliance, etc.). Do we have anyone here who’s currently working in healthcare—whether that’s clinics, practices, billing, staffing, or anything related? If that’s you, drop a comment below and let me know what part of healthcare you’re in and what you do!

Prompts For $100M® Money Models
I'm Tired of the Book Affiliates for Alex Hormozi's New Book. Use These Prompts Right Now to Use the Book Right Now Instead of Waiting for the Book. Everyone's pushing affiliate links. Nobody's giving you actual value. (Free BTW) https://5616980822082.gumroad.com/l/fsiivz

The Grind Behind 2 Million Views
People see the viral video and think it was easy. What they don’t see are the hundreds of videos I posted before it most pulling in 200 views, maybe a little more on a good day. I started in music. Switched to crypto. Eventually found my way into AI. I’ve had multiple TikTok accounts, multiple “fresh starts,” and countless moments where I wondered if all this time and effort was even worth it. But I kept posting. Kept experimenting. Kept learning from every flop. Then, on August 6th, 2025, it finally happened. My GPT-4 vs. GPT-5 video blew up 2 million views, 128,000 likes, and 820 new followers in just a few days. It wasn’t magic. It was persistence. It was showing up when the numbers didn’t make sense. It was grinding through the discouraging days so I’d be ready when the timing, trends, and content finally lined up. This is what people don’t tell you about going viral it’s built on a foundation of videos almost no one saw.
