second brain setup changing everything fr maybe just being introduced to obsidian + claude + md files lol idek, honestly i havent even been using the skills n cowork thing too much because ive had my own journaling system before, but just having claude to talk to (seems a bit better that chat) and obsidian to store my thoughts and journals and ideas and everything better (plus also having it linked between my phone and computer) i had an amazing week getting back into trading, but also just in terms of my health & overall outputs, can’t wait to start the next week already fr
