Video: React's CRITICAL security threat affects vibe coded apps
"But I don't use React." If you built your app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or v0 - you do. These tools generate React/Next.js apps under the hood. An attacker can just send a request to your server and they're in. Severity score 10/10 https://react.dev/blog/2025/12/03/critical-security-vulnerability-in-react-server-components Here's a video I recorded a video to help you understand the issue and fix your app.

I built a feedback widget
You can embed this widget on any website using a simple script, it creates directly the issues on github and show the comments directly on your website, like it does in figma. Made a short demo, would love to know if some people would be interested to use something like this! For me it's going to be for working with clients, getting quick feedback, and having the right context to make changes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6oXl_0Bxg0

Nice. Well Done. I'm not a dev agency but could still use that. For me I think visually though, and what about concerns across multiple components ? a screenshot and simple image markup would also be useful. & +1 for Zubairs point on organiser integration. I use g-suite - calendar+sheets+docs ❤️
20+ security AI agents to secure your entire codebase
Check them out here https://github.com/ZubairLK/security-agents Video on this dropping next week but thought I'd share with the community ahead of time. How are you guys securing your apps? Thanks

Thanks Zubair. ❤️🙏 On security for local dev server i found the biggest vulnerability via the Intel ME backdoor hardwritten into the silicon... So that's a whole other challenge - But for constraining Claude Code the simplest open source containerisation setup I found was Podman+Wolfi base image. (both dev communities active + open discussions on GitHub) Basically allows you to establish user:1234 as ClaudeCode within the confined container and limits read/write to the kernel to whatever you're building. I havnt fully figured out the details of defining its limits in the image, but it seems the simplest so far. Also facilites insta-shipping once ready to deploy to cloud. Maybe you will know of potential issues / considerations with this I do not ? To go down another layer with Virtual Machines - theres Qubes if you have a remote team or want to remotely build through SSH - but even then intel ME (or equiv) still records the initiation snapshot of the cryptographic sequence it builds, so all the keys are reverse engineerable effectively. I just put Qubes in the too hard basket for now.
Welcome! Introduce Yourself & What You're Building 👇
Hey everyone, welcome to Idea to App! To kick things off, let's get to know each other. Please copy and paste the template below and post your own introduction in the comments. 1. Who are you? (Your name and what you do) 2. What's your app idea? (Don't worry if it's just a rough concept! We're all at different stages.) 3. What's the #1 thing holding you back right now? (e.g., "I don't know where to start," "I'm stuck on a technical problem," "I need to find my first users.") Don't be shy! Answering these questions is the best way for me to know how I can help you, and for you to connect with other members who might be on the exact same journey. I'll read and reply to every single introduction. So excited to have you here. Let's get building!

Hello! Working on a social platform for media creators, hospitality businesses and travel planning/organisation. The start of the community / brand is here ; www.magnificentworld.com My background is mixed across business, finance, marketing, psychology, communication, architecture, and high end resorts, hospitality and retail businesses. I dont have much tech experience except for some high level data architecture involvement in previous projects. My previous dev partner also left to focus on his family business so if anyone in here has a tech background + interest in the brand vibe feel free to reach out. Here to learn from Zubair ultimately. Unbelievably fortunate that someone as experienced as him is going the educational direction, thankyou bro !
