F.alse E.vidence A.ppearing R.eal 👁 Key Words I resonated with this chapter: Authorship, Movement, ReFrame, Stepping In, Fear as a Signal. Perhaps I have a unique experience with fear: I may dare to say I have felt some of the most seemingly* gripping fear. Fear or The perceived Advisary can be one of our greatest teachers: So long as we don't let it take the Wheel. Sometimes I experience what i fear is actually exactly what I must step towards & face with full unshakeable presence. It can be a useful signal: & when we have built the solid frame we have the power to redirect it's energetic grip. & your right to percieve that there is no battle, rather a signal to acknowledge & ReOrient. And that it is not the Full Truth. I am surely still working on this, but these are my observation 🍀

Mmm in a world of distraction, there is so much stimuli that we allow us to pull our attention outward & thus out of Presence. What I love about what you said: which I am reminded is the Key 🔑 Using the Sensory//by isolating sound, smell, sight, touch you can bring yourself IN more effectively to Presence. which ironically is outer perception setup awareness. Listening to the wind now & chimes rustle, nothing quite like it a vivid opening of perception 🌬
