Agency owners: Which name would make you actually want to use this tool?
Here's the context. Most agency owners chasing new clients are solving the wrong problem. Not because clients don't matter — but because the fastest money in your agency almost never comes from new clients. It comes from what you already have and haven't properly used yet. I built myself a tool that looks at an agency's numbers and tells me exactly where the biggest untapped revenue sits — and which part of your business to focus on first to extract it. Different agencies have different levers. The tool finds yours. I've since adapted it so that other agency owners can quickly find their own source of biggest untapped revenue. What are your symptoms? 😷
As we all know, most agency owners have a problem of client acquisition. But how does that translate into your lives. You can't point to the problem of client acquisition, you can see it happening. I'm wondering how do you guys and gyals experience the symptoms of client acquisition being the problem. For example: Some people have a problem of their relationship turning stale. But the symptom is that they get infrequent kisses on the cheek like their Grandpa is kissing them. Or them coming back home to seeing their partner not being excited as they used to be.
