Yuri’s incredible ability to put an image in your mind through a metaphor or a simple life story is something I am really impressed by. Listening to his workshops and reflecting on my life is an amazing experience that allows me to improve on various aspects of my life. Another great tool created by Yuri is 30 day challenge. At first it seems to be a simple push-ups challenge, but only when I tried to track my energy, stress, focus levels before and after I realised how beneficial it is for me.
