@Bryce Anderson I haven't really picked a set weight. But I'm looking at 80-100lbs. About 4 months ago I was 300.4 lbs. I cut out late night eating, minimized my carbs, and basically cut sweets and junk food. No fast food. I'm down 30 lbs but I've hit a wall. So when I saw your program I thought I'd checkit out.
