It is very interesting to see in the photos the passage of time reflected in the styles, logistics of the chapters, ways of working... But the important thing is that every 8 years there is a long time to reflect and decide on strategies that will help the institution to be up to the task and to respond actively to the times in which we live... The laypeople have an important role to play, together with the Brothers, so that Champagnat's charism continues to be valid today and that we can pass it on from generation to generation. It is a responsibility and a challenge in the 21st century. May the spirit continue to guide the steps of the Congregation in the face of the challenges we face.
