What if you have no experience...

Hi, if you have zero experience at IT support, is it possible to start this business? I'm good with computers, but have no experience in the IT industry. Would an entry level course be sufficient? Or is this the wrong business model for me?

Please feel free to ask me any questions, I've worked for 2 multi-million dollar IT firms and supported over 100 small businesses working for those two firms. The hardest part is selling your services.. Learn the basics and sell... If you don't know the answer to something, write it down and say you'll do some research and get back to them with an accurate answer :)
