I love Robert Greene’s books and takes. Thank you for the quote!
"Kind" vs. “Nice”: Same smile, VERY different meaning
Being genuinely kind and being “nice” are not the same thing. Kindness says: “I care about you, AND I care about myself.” Being nice says: “I’ll do whatever keeps everyone comfortable… even if I’m quietly screaming inside.” 😁 Kindness can say no. Nice often says yes while mentally writing a resignation letter. Kindness can have boundaries. Nice fears that boundaries might make someone unhappy. Kindness is honest. Nice sometimes edits the truth until nobody gets uncomfortable… except you. And here’s the sneaky part: Sometimes “being nice” isn’t kindness at all. It’s conflict avoidance wearing a very polite outfit. Real kindness doesn’t require you to abandon yourself so someone else can remain comfortable. You can disappoint someone and still be a good person. You can say no and still have a good heart. You can stop explaining yourself 17 times and still be kind. 😉 The goal isn’t to become less caring. It’s to become caring without disappearing from your own life. That’s where kindness gets really powerful: I respect you. I respect me. And neither of us needs to pretend. ❤️

When we judge we show to our self how much we ayto judge our selfs, and how much limitation we accept in our life.
How much of your energy is still living in yesterday?
Sometimes it's with an ex-partner. Sometimes it's in a difficult conversation you keep replaying. Sometimes it's in a childhood wound... ...or an old version of yourself that no longer exists. Whether you experience it as spiritual, psychological, or simply symbolic, cord cutting is the conscious practice of releasing the emotional attachments, old patterns, and mental loops that keep part of your attention trapped in the past. It's not about rejecting people. It's not about pretending something never happened. It's about reclaiming the energy you've unknowingly left behind. Every time you stop carrying guilt... Every time you release resentment... Every time you forgive... Every time you choose yourself... A little more of your energy comes home. Your body feels lighter. Your nervous system relaxes. Your mind becomes quieter. Your heart becomes freer. Because healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about coming home to who you've always been. Every cord you release... is energy returning home. ✨ What is one cord you're ready to release today? 💜 Chakras energy to sync: ❤️ Root » I am safe. 🧡 Sacral » My emotions belong to me. 💛 Solar Plexus » I reclaim my power. 💚 Heart » I release what no longer serves me. 💙 Throat » I speak my truth. 💜 Third Eye » I trust my inner wisdom. 🤍 Crown » I remember who I truly am.
