Good stuff. Using Apollo and/or LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator) help the VA find valid companies that are hiring? Or is the manual searching method a much better approach?

How Would You Respond to this lead I Just Got?
How would you guys respond to this CTO lead? This was from a cold email campaign. The "what is your fee" question is how 80% of my client relationships start 😂 Penny for your thoughts! 🙏

Seems like a straight forward response... Questions: 1. What are other conditions? 2. Do you sometimes work out a lump sum plus payments? For example, if the fee is $25,000, you take $12,500 upfront and the rest in monthly payments?

$40k-$100k in potential fees from ONE lead!
Just got this HOT lead from a general mass email campaign. Honestly just sort of threw some prospects from LinkedIn in there 😂 This CTO lead is looking for 2 Junior Front End Candidates and MULTIPLE AWS Infrastructure Engineers come January! Two Junior Front End Engineers: $80k-$100k Salary AWS Engineer: $140k-$180k At 20%, potential fees here range from $40k-$100k depending on how many I'm able to fill. I responded with my Calendly link and will be sending them candidates in the coming days... Have you launched your lead gen campaigns yet??? 🤑

How to start?
Hello everyone, I'm new. I just opened my solo recruitment agency and im struggling. When you pick the phone and cold call, what do you say? How do you guide the conversation in your favour? Do you go straight to the point? What do you say when they say that they are not interested or that they don't work with agencies? Please help me out
