Prophetic Dominion Prophetic Dominion: Learning to Govern, Not Just Gather Information
One of the greatest misunderstandings surrounding the prophetic is believing it exists only to reveal hidden things. While revelation is important, revelation without wisdom, maturity, and obedience produces very little transformation. Prophetic dominion is the ability to receive Heaven's intelligence and steward it with Kingdom responsibility. It is not about becoming more mystical. It is about becoming more mature. God does not reveal things to entertain us. He reveals them to prepare us, position us, and partner with us in accomplishing His will in the earth. Ask yourself: • What has God been consistently saying to me? • Have I acted on the last instruction He gave me? • Am I pursuing encounters, or am I pursuing obedience? Remember, authority grows where faithfulness is practiced. The prophetic is not measured by how much you know. It is measured by how faithfully you steward what God has entrusted to you. Discussion Question: What is one prophetic instruction or biblical principle that changed the direction of your life because you chose to obey it? I look forward to reading your insights. Let's sharpen one another as we continue growing in wisdom, discernment, and prophetic maturity.

Hello, For me it would be concerning going back to school. The Lord revealed to me back In 2022-2023 what my gpa would be once I was done and that many would look at me and say how did I succeed and make it because I was supposed to fail. After graduating with my Masters I am now or will be pursuing my doctoral degree this upcoming fall semester by the grace of God.
60-Day Governance Strategy
Gate Summary: The gate I am addressing is the marketplace gate, specifically within the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. This is the area where I believe I have been called to influence, especially in the areas of medication safety, prior authorization, pharmacy operations, and the overall well-being of patients. Through my work as a pharmacy technician and as I continue pursuing my education in pharmacy, I see how decisions made in this field directly affect people’s health and quality of life. Desired Outcome: Within the next 60 days, I would like to see greater clarity, structure, and accountability in the way I approach this gate. My goal is to become more intentional in preparing myself to bring positive change to the healthcare marketplace, especially in areas where there is confusion, lack of support for employees, and systems that do not always prioritize patients. Strategic Actions: First, I will begin covering this area in consistent prayer and ask for wisdom, clarity, and guidance as I continue my journey in the healthcare field. Second, I will become more disciplined in my education by strengthening my focus on pharmacy knowledge and understanding how medications truly affect the body. Third, I will begin researching safer and more natural approaches to medicine so that I can become part of the solution in the future. Fourth, I will pay closer attention to the challenges I see in prior authorization and pharmacy billing so that I can better understand how the system can be improved. Finally, I will work on strengthening my leadership mindset by learning how to bring order where there is confusion and by becoming more confident in the vision God has placed on my life. Indicators of Progress: I will know progress is being made if I become more focused, more confident in my purpose, and more knowledgeable in the field of pharmacy. I will also know I am growing if I begin to see clearer solutions to problems within the healthcare system and feel more prepared to eventually create change that benefits patients, providers, and employees.

I believe I can approach things differently, especially when it comes to praying strategically for the pharmacy field. I believe God will continue to reveal more to me about pharmacy as I further my education and continue pursuing the doctoral program (PharmD) to become a pharmacist. I also believe this journey will help me better understand how I can make a positive impact on patients and bring greater purpose and clarity to the work I am called to do. Hopefully, also revealing the ministry side in His timing of course because I am not just called to the marketplace. I do believe right now my main focus is my education. I am a leader and although I struggle with that, that is something God revealed to me, that I am a leader. These assignments truthfully was a stretch for me almost did not do them lol it has been a week. Also, I am slowly discovering other gates as I reflect.
Breach
Gate Reminder: In Week 1, I identified the marketplace gate, specifically the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. This is the area where I believe I have been positioned to influence, especially as I continue pursuing my education in pharmacy and working as a pharmacy technician. I strongly believe this gate directly impacts people’s health, safety, and overall well-being. Breach Identification: One of the major breaches I see within this gate is a lack of accountability and an overemphasis on profit rather than patient well-being. Many medications are widely used even when they carry serious long-term side effects or may cause damage to major organs. There is also a great deal of confusion in structure, especially within prior authorization and pharmacy systems, which often creates delays and frustration for patients, providers, and employees. From my experience working in this field, particularly in work-from-home pharmacy roles, I have seen how disorganized systems and unrealistic expectations can negatively affect both employees and the patients who depend on these services. This reflects not only a structural problem but also a moral decline where people’s health is not always placed first. As a result, delays in medication approvals and processing can cause patients’ health to decline. In many ways, this issue exists across the entire healthcare system, from doctors and nurses to insurance companies and pharmacies, where the constant back-and-forth communication often slows down the process and directly impacts the well-being of patients. Root Cause: I believe this breach has developed over time because the healthcare system has become heavily driven by profit, competition, and productivity instead of compassion and integrity. When financial success becomes the main priority, accountability weakens and patient care is no longer the main focus. In addition, leadership is often disconnected from what employees and patients experience daily. Initial Restoration Insight: Restoration must begin with accountability, structure, and a patient-first mindset. I believe change starts with individuals who are willing to stand for integrity and bring order where there is confusion. As I continue pursuing my education in pharmacy, I want to become part of the solution by helping create safer medications and improving systems such as prior authorization and pharmacy billing, so they truly support patients, providers, and employees.

Identifying Breaches at the Gate (Week 2 Discussion Post)
Gate Reminder: In Week 1, I identified the marketplace gate, specifically the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. This is the area where I believe I have been positioned to influence, especially in the development, approval, and distribution of medications that directly impact people’s health and quality of life. Breach Identification: One of the major breaches I see within this gate is a lack of accountability and an overemphasis on profit rather than patient well-being. Many medications are widely used even when they carry serious long-term side effects or can cause damage to major organs. There also seems to be confusion in priorities—financial gain often comes before safety, prevention, and holistic healing. This creates a system where people rely heavily on drugs without always understanding the full risks involved. From my personal experience working as a pharmacy technician, especially in a work-from-home role dealing with prior authorizations, I have also seen how the system itself needs improvement. Some of the challenges of working from home in this role include lack of clear communication, unrealistic productivity expectations, limited support from management, and job instability due to constant system changes. These issues not only affect employees but also slow down the prior authorization process, which directly impacts patients and providers. Root Cause: I believe this breach has developed over time because of pressure from the pharmaceutical industry, competition in the marketplace, and a system that rewards profit more than compassion. When success is measured mainly by sales and revenue, it becomes easier for integrity and accountability to weaken. In addition, leadership is often disconnected from the daily struggles that patients, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare providers face. Initial Restoration Insight: Restoring order to this gate must begin with accountability, transparency, and a patient-first mindset. One way to improve the system would be to create a more organized and supportive structure for prior authorizations and billing that benefits employees, patients, and providers. In addition, as I continue to pursue my education in pharmacy, I would love to create medications that are much safer and cause fewer harmful side effects. Instead of relying heavily on synthetic ingredients and chemicals, I would rather be part of the solution by helping develop treatments that truly support the well-being of people. With the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit, I believe it is possible to bring integrity, compassion, and healing back into the healthcare marketplace.

@Darnell Harris It really depends on the situation, but it does happen more often than people might expect. In some cases, a patient may start on one medication and then need an additional one to manage side effects, or the provider may need to adjust the dosage if the initial strength wasn’t optimal. For example, patients with complex conditions like HIV/AIDS are usually on carefully structured regimens, and certain medications can’t be combined due to drug interactions. When I worked at Walgreens Specialty, I saw how closely these therapies had to be monitored. Generally, if a patient experiences side effects, they’re advised to contact their provider right away. The provider will then reassess, this might mean lowering the dose, switching medications, or sometimes adding another medication to counteract side effects and keep the treatment both safe and effective.

@Glennetta Nichols I’ve definitely seen situations where a medication didn’t seem to be the best fit for a patient, whether due to side effects, tolerability, or how it aligned with their overall condition. In those moments, it’s important to use your voice, but in a professional and patient-centered way. In my experience, that usually means documenting concerns, communicating clearly with the pharmacist or provider, and advocating for a reassessment when something doesn’t feel right. Patient safety should always come first. Most providers and healthcare teams are focused on outcomes, but there can be times where things feel rushed or not fully individualized. That’s why it’s so important for everyone on the care team to speak up, pharmacy staff included. Advocacy doesn’t have to be confrontational; it can be as simple as asking the right questions, flagging potential issues, or suggesting a review of the therapy.
What Gates Has God Authorized me to Influence?
God has placed me in a position to influence both my family and my church community. My life experiences have prepared me for this influence. Being raised by my grandmother taught me to value family and the role of the matriarch. Managing the household as the oldest daughter instilled in me the significance of prayer, church, worship, and accountability. In prophetic ministry, I supported my pastor through Sunday School and youth activities, emphasizing that prayer is vital and faith provides opportunities. Creating a drama department helped the youth and my pastor see that all ages understood and applied spiritual lessons received during service. My present level of influence in this gate is as the matriarch of my family. I moved to Kentucky for a better chance at jobs and stability for my adult children, who were looking to my guidance. This was a game-changer for my family and me. It opened many doors as well as opened opportunities for me to work on myself. As for church, I have been visiting different ones to find one that assists my family and me with the needs we have. I continue to travel home, teach, and preach. I enroll in class to assist me to learn more about what God has called me to. The issues of concern within these gates weigh on my heart as the matriarch; every decision made, I am the one making it. I am trusting and believing God that all my decisions don’t hinder or cripple anyone in any way. I am thankful for past leadership for guidance and prayers. As for church, I am looking for one for my family and me, so we can be in service and fellowship with others. I want my little ones to have that same foundation I had growing up in church. I also feel I am behind in some areas for my age.

Hi, thank you for sharing. What really stood out to me was the fact that you created a drama department to help the youth better understand God’s Word. Youth today are searching for truth, and I believe that bringing the Word to life through demonstrations helps them grasp each teaching and lesson more clearly.
