We need to counterbalance this overstimulated world, affecting our sleep, our health and our happiness by making more efforts to get into the rest and digest. Be systematic and determined! This is a space for those who have felt the power of using the breath in their lives and wish to go deeper, who have issues with your lungs or breathing, and for those who are looking for another tool towards self revelation. Here is how to begin. Step 1: Introduce Yourself Take a moment and post in the community. Keep it simple: • Where you are joining from• What has brought you here• A couple of words to describe who you are This is not a performance space. It is a shared inquiry. Step 2: Begin With the Foundations Head to the Classroom and start with Why is the Breath a Tool of Awakening Step 3: Engage With the Inquiry As you move through the teachings: • Pause and reflect• Journal your insights• Notice what arises in your inner world• Share realisations or confusions inside the community Sometimes growth happens quietly. Sometimes it happens through conversation. Both are welcome here. Step 4: Show Up This community becomes powerful when you participate. Share your questions. Share your resistances. Share your moments of expansion. No one here is trying to be perfect. We are here to look honestly. To zoom out. To remember what we truly are. Take a breath.
