I'm sure this info is somewhere in the course (we just joined yesterday), but being that we have an upcoming closing on our new property under contract, any guidance on the kind of insurance we need to obtain when doing mid term rentals? I am in the Atlanta area, any recommendations for providers would also be greatly appreciated (since I am guessing this is a specialty type of product) TIA!

We got our first insurance claim for our Georgia house! Signed the lease this morning and the tenant moves in an hour! It's been a long, wild road, and LOTS learned. The lease is for 4 months but it's HIGHLY likely to be extended with their damage. I've been watching and celebrating your wins...... and now finally.... I can share one!
