Bio: Born in CA farm girl. Ate clean home cooked meals. Learned to cook - age 8. Retired RN of 48 years. I have had weight challenges most of my life.

Bio: 28 years old - 90-day graduate 🙌. Even as a teenager, I didn’t thrive like this. 40kg loss. Active member of the community. Many non-scale victories.
