I am in my first 21 days of Reiki 1 attunement. It's exciting and and exhausting all at.the same time I just discovered "healing crisis" definitely a real learning curve. I am excited for the future.

I am an infj,and empath aspiring to create a career and business that heals my community and heal the world and environment in which I live. I hope to find skills to adapt as an infj and empath. My goal is to fulfill my sacred contracts before my time.

Does anyone have any recommendations on books, articles as I enter this community?Best way to encourage myself to embrace the supernatural and spiritual realm so I hear and see more clearly?
