Why Your Channel Isn’t Growing And Why It’s Not Even Your Fault 🤯
If you’ve been posting videos, showing up, doing your best…But your channel still isn’t growing the way you know it should —Let me say something that no one else will: It’s not because your content sucks, it’s because your first 3 seconds aren’t pulling viewers in. Most creators are trying to "earn attention" inside the video...But YouTube only promotes videos that EARN THE CLICK before the video even plays. Here’s what I’ve seen that makes a huge difference (especially for smaller channels): ✅ Stop trying to be clever with titles. Be clear. Solve a real problem. ✅ Use BIG text on thumbnails (and only 2-3 words max). ✅ Make your video about ONE strong idea, not five. Simpler = better retention. ✅ Cut the “Hey guys welcome back…” intros. Get to the value in 1.5 seconds. ✅ Use curiosity — but don’t lie. You want them intrigued, not confused. The algorithm doesn’t reward “effort.” It rewards attention. 🎯 If no one’s clicking, no one’s watching. And if no one’s watching, the algorithm will bury you. But the good news is — once you fix your titles, thumbnails, and intros...Growth starts to feel a lot less random. 💬 Have you ever checked your CTR and average view duration together? Those 2 numbers can literally predict your channel’s growth. If anyone wants, I’m happy to look at your next video idea or title — just drop it below. Let’s grow smarter, not harder 🚀
