I’ve practiced emails and Ads so far, what should I do next?

This is my second ever piece of practice copy, and today I've tried to write an Ad for copy academy. I don't think it's very good, I struggled on what to write. Please give brutally honest reviews. Don't be nice lol.

Question 1: I wrote some copy recently for the first time ever and I tried to make it in an email format. No idea if it does that or not.
