in all honesty I did not. I paid a more expensive mentor. That other mentor operates at a significantly higher scale so the downside is he doesn't have as much time to give back to mentee's. communication is limited to texting unless you pay even more, & he does not do weekly calls with mentee's/prospects. However I have purchased my own properties & can verify the information Joseph teaches & his devoted weekly time to help you succeed will make a considerable difference.
