Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to ask you if I am focusing on achieving the full planche, should I focus 1 day out of the 6 that I train only on basic pushing exercises? Like: dips, dips on a bar, handstand push-ups, pike push-ups, inter alia, or on the days that I focus on specific exercises to achieve the planche do I include basic exercises like the ones I mentioned before? What would be best for me to progress quickly?
