Just started a new SWE job, 50+ hrs/week. I'm taking more Adderall, which makes me eat less and sleep less too. I feel like I'm going to snowball and lose all my hair lol. Does anyone have similar experience?

His schmeat is 9 inches longer than mine even though it's only 8 inches. How is that possible? Is this a common side effect for ADHD? How do I cope?
